Every session with me is a deeply intuitive journey. My mission is clear: to help others reclaim their light, their authenticity, their power and their truth. 

 

My other mission is to embody unconditional love: to hold love, compassion and kindness in all the spaces, places and with people where there is no expectation and no judgment - to honour the human in their journey, and embody Sophia-Christos consciousness.

For over a decade, I have shared the healing frequencies of Reiki, Pellowah and Sound Healing with tuning forks with my inner circle. But in 2022, after years of profound inner work and embracing the courage to be fully seen, I answered the call to step forward professionally.  This work is clearly ongoing, as I, like all other humans, am greeted with the gifts of wounds and shadows and all those whom I cross paths with that provide interactions in which my triggers are activated. Ooooooh the triggers!

I am a Pisces with a Virgo Moon and a Scorpio Rising,  a 2/4 Reflector (in Human Design), a day dreamer and a romantic. While this is not a dating profile, I want you to know me intimately, as the journey together is also intimate.   My journey has included spending most of my 44 years completely disassociated from my body - numb to feelings my feelings, afraid to speak my truth, always wanting to please others, afraid of rejection, and feeling unlovable and unworthy and with an anger and grief inside me that I was completely unaware of until recently (turns out anger is healthy and helpful!). It has been a journey.... and now that I feel like I fully own myself, I hope to help others do the same.

 

With the support of my Angelic team and guides, (and other amazing teachers and humans along the way) I offer my gifts to the world and am driven by a desire to be of service —supporting others to expand, flow and radiate their own brilliance.

In other spaces, with 15+ years in social research, evaluation, and community development, I bring a grounded passion for social justice and transforming the dialogue around need, hardship and the sacred act of asking for support. I also hold a Master’s in Community Development, infusing my spiritual work with a strong foundation of empathy and action.

​

On the home front, I am mother to two radiant children (my wisest teachers), two mischievous feline companions, and the newly adopted local magpie and rosella families. I am a proud member of the LGBTQI+ community,  a self-taught drummer and guitarist, and am an insatiable explorer of non-fictional realms—from consciousness to community, healing to higher purpose.
