Biofield Tuning uses sound and vibration to help bring the body back into
balance, reduce stress and response to triggers and calms the nervous
system, supporting the body to heal itself. It can help people to feel more
joy, energy, relaxation, greater sense of peace and sense of self and empowerment.

Throughout our human experience we emit what scientists have coined as “biophotons” that flow through our energy field /aura or biofield that surrounds our physical body. When we have an experience that is deemed as not so positive, like stress, illness, trauma, injury, those biophotons get "stuck" out in our energy field and the flow is hindered, causing a resistance in our field, which results in dissonant frequency patterns. Over time, these areas of resistance can create patterns of self-limiting beliefs and behaviours (like guilt, shame, powerlessness, addictions, self-sabotage etc) that permeate the way we interact with the world. These ideas also shape how we interact with others in the world and may result in dis-ease and pain in the body.

Biofield Tuning uses coherent tones produced by tuning forks both on the body and within the body's surrounding electrical field (the biofield or aura) to find and release areas of electrical disharmony. Tuning forks locate and provide sound and electrical feedback to the body, assisting the body to resolve places of energetic dissonance and supporting the body to "retune" itself.

This helps the receiver to shift emotional blockages and thoughts, believes or patterns that do not serve their highest good, bringing more clarity, less triggers, and a shift from flight, fright, freeze mode. Ultimately, this creates greater balance, wellness and flow and alignment in mind, body and spirit.

A variety of techniques can be used during a Biofield Session, including Scar Work, Spine and Sacral Stabilisation, Sonic Meridian Flush, Sonic Massage and Adrenal Rhythm Reset. You can discuss these techniques and your preferences prior to your session.
What to Expect:
During a Biofield Tuning Session you will relax fully clothed on a massage table (or seated) while Tuning Forks are used to move through your energetic field to clear areas of dissonance or tension in the vibratory field (or biofield) around your body. This may include using weighted forks directly on the body on what are often known as acupuncture points, where the vibration of the forks channel through the muscle and/or bone to help shift energy in the physical body.
Following a session, most people feel a deep sense of calm, relaxation and lightness and there may be an alleviation of physical pain, tension and illness. They may find they are more responsive and less reactive to people/circumstances, experience positive shifts in confidence, empowerment, clarity, perspective and awareness and in making positive moves forward in their lives.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a hands-on healing session that taps into the natural flowing energy of source to activate one’s ability to heal one’s self in mind, body and spirit.

Reiki is Universal Life Energy. Reiki, (pronounced “ray key”), is two Japanese words: “Rei” means universal life and “ki” means energy or power (Prana in Sanskrit).

Energy can stagnate in the body when emotional pain or trauma has been stored in the body or through physical injury and over time these energy blocks can develop into physical manifestations as illness or self-limiting beliefs, fears or blocks. Reiki works with the innate knowing part of ourselves that knows what needs to be healed, thereby by-passing the symptoms and activating the self healing to take place at the root of the problem.

What to expect:
Reiki is unobtrusive, and cannot be directed or manipulated in any way, but is directed by what the clients own body and spirit need. Most people experience a sense of peace, calmness and decreased stress and anxiety as a result of a Reiki session. Some people feel heat or coolness radiating from the practitioners hands, a soft and pleasant tingling in different parts of their body as the energy flows and it is not uncommon for clients to fall asleep during their session. Clients may feel a relief from pain (physical or emotional) a quickened response to healing and the reduction of other symptoms. Moreover, many clients experience shifts in other aspects of their lives (relationships, confidence, self-love, positive shift in attitudes) as the energy shifts in their Etheric, Emotional and Mental Bodies (Auric Field).
What is a BioMat?
The Biomat® is a mat which lies on top of a massage table. It converts electricity through a computerized control panel into Far Infrared Rays (FIR), nature’s invisible light. FIR was discovered by NASA to be the safest, most beneficial light wave. It penetrates 6-8 inches into the innermost recesses of the body.

The Biomat® also produces negative ions, nature’s energizer. Negative ions are abundant in natural environments such as forests, mountains, waterfalls, and oceans. In a 2013 report, studies were discussed about the positive effects of negative ions on physiological functions and human health(1).
