Sonic Massage is a powerful treatment that creates a deeply relaxing and restorative result. It involves gently using a range of tuning forks directly on the body to stimulate blood and nerve flow in the tissues and muscles, to activate the body's natural healing process. Sonic massage can be helpful in reducing tension and inflammation in the body, or aiding recovery where the body has sustained an injury, and for shifting "stuck" emotions or energy. While most people experience deep relaxation following a session, working on the body can also bring up an emotional release. What to expect: Clients lay fully clothed on the table while a range of tuning forks are applied in different areas of the body. Forks may be used to "comb" the body, or placed on meridian points. You can specify which areas you may wish to have worked on (on the face, or hands for example) or enjoy a whole body treatment.
