Service Description

All Scars are different; some are more painful than others, some older, some related to trauma and others not. When working with scars our main goal, regardless of the differences, is to support electrical communication across the area of injury. Working on the area physically promotes healing by improving blood and lymph flow. Energetically, scars act as circuit breakers in the electrical system of the body and can hold emotions, memories, and beliefs connected to the event that resulted in the injury / scar. Large scars (bigger than 6”) can hold a great amount of emotions and beliefs, especially those in the abdominal area. Working on abdominal scars can lead to sacral and emotional releases, so it is important to be aware that a detox response may still occur. Some scars may need several sessions. What to expect: Clients will either lay or sit (depending on the scar position and comfort) fully clothed. A range of weighted forks will be applied to the scar arear, on and around the scar. Unweighted forks may also be used in the biofield around the scar area. Some scar tissue may be slightly uncomfortable to work on, depending on the area, so care is taken throughout the session to ensure a minimum level of discomfort. Many clients experience a sense of emotional relief following a scar session, as old memories can rise to the surface and be released.
